User Agreement

Welcome to Vexorix.

Please read this User Agreement carefully before using our Service. By “Service” we mean collectively:

Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement and binds you to the following terms and conditions (the "Agreement"). We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time, with or without notice.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, designs, logos, product packaging, photographs, illustrations, video clips, and other materials that appear on this Site (collectively, the "Contents") are intellectual property owned or controlled by Vexorix or used under license. The Site as a whole is protected by copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.

The Contents of the Site are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use except for the ability to purchase goods online. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or exploit in any way any of the Contents, the Site, or any related software.

Correction of Content

Vexorix reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products (clothing and supplements), Vexorix does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@vexorix.com. We will review the case and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement for the same item originally purchased. Refunds will not be issued.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot change or cancel orders once they have shipped, and we are not liable for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.

Order Errors

If you made a mistake in your order (such as selecting the wrong size or product), please notify us immediately. We can only make changes if the order has not yet gone into production or fulfillment.

Sale Items

All sale and discounted merchandise are final sale with no exceptions.

Fraud Prevention

Vexorix takes fraud prevention seriously. We reserve the right to flag, hold, or cancel any suspicious order for verification purposes. Orders with mismatched billing/shipping details or large first-time purchases may be restricted to ship only to the billing address.

User Submissions

Any comments, feedback, suggestions, or other submissions you provide to Vexorix ("Submissions") shall become the property of Vexorix. By submitting content, you assign all worldwide rights in copyrights and other intellectual property to Vexorix.

Vexorix is under no obligation to:

  • Keep Submissions confidential

  • Compensate you for Submissions

  • Respond to Submissions

You represent and warrant that your Submissions will not violate any third-party rights or contain unlawful, abusive, or obscene content.

Vexorix Communications

By using our Service, you agree that Vexorix may send you electronic communications about product updates, promotions, or other notices deemed relevant. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Vexorix is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external sites. Concerns should be directed to those third-party providers.

Indemnification
