Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@vexorix.com.

After review, we may provide a replacement of the same product.

Refunds are not issued, only replacements when applicable.
Clothing Orders (Sizing / Preference Issues)

Supplements

For safety and health reasons, all supplement sales are final. We cannot accept returns on opened or unopened supplement products.
Sale Items

All discounted and clearance items are final sale with no exceptions.
Incorrect Shipping Address
