Final Sale

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any reason other than receiving a damaged or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@vexorix.com.

  • After review, we may provide a replacement of the same product.

  • Refunds are not issued, only replacements when applicable.

Clothing Orders (Sizing / Preference Issues)

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues, color preference, or change of mind. Please review size charts and product details carefully before purchasing.

Supplements

  • For safety and health reasons, all supplement sales are final. We cannot accept returns on opened or unopened supplement products.

Sale Items

  • All discounted and clearance items are final sale with no exceptions.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address cannot be refunded or reshipped.
